Acquisition:
As a retained client: We recognise that buying a property can be both time consuming and frustrating. How often have you rung an estate agent having seen an advertisement, only to be told that the property has been sold? Ideally as a buyer, you want to know about properties before they come to the market place. As such, McKee and Co. is often retained by purchasers to advise them in the buying process. The cost of this service is negotiated and can include:

  • locating and previewing suitable properties to buy as a home or for investment purposes;
  • providing a short list to be viewed at the client's convenience;
  • advising throughout the sales process;
  • advising and co-ordinating with solicitors and other professionals;
